Amazing drawings Neilio, I really appreciate that you are contributing to diagrams greatly, it just doesn't feel right when we've all seen the renderings and the drawings can't be displayed for non-Torontonians to enjoy.

BTW, circuitboy84 has posted some really nice models for buildings on SSP (Spire, Pinnacle, Infinity, Element, Verve, London, RoCP2). The files are too big for me post though...

Case Study: Toronto Waterfront
Liberty Village
Toronto, ON

Liberty Village is a 45-acre brownfield site located in the King Street West / Strachan Avenue area, immediately west of downtown Toronto. IBI Group Architects was retained to provide all planning and design work including:

Streets and blocks
Municipal infrastructure
Storm water management
Municipal approvals
Streetscape design
Parks and open space
Residential architecture
Retail/commercial architecture
The redevelopment of this site is seen as a major opportunity to create a significant new residential neighbourhood and associated employment space providing important “live-work” opportunities. Situated in the northern portion of the Garrison Common area, immediately north of Exhibition Place, these lands will play a strategic role in achieving City of Toronto policies related to residential intensification as well as embracing various smart growth initiatives. Specifically, this mixed-use development will offer this growing community new retail, office and high-tech type users, and approximately 2,000 residential units (contained in high-rise and townhouses forms), complete with streets and parks and related amenities

Quick Facts

Client: CanAlfa

Project Size: 45 acres
4,000 residential units
50,000 sm of retail

Anyone got some updates on this project???

Here's the rendering for Pinnacle C Tower (46 Storeys and 449 ft.)

I like it, still looks rather average but it's an improvement over the first two phases and looks a lot sleeker.

And the render of 32 Storey Office tower next to the ACC (25 York Street) which is rumoured to be close to signing with Telus.
