Matrimandir, Auroville (Pondicherry)

Auroville's Matrimandir for devotees of the Sri Aurobindo integral yoga... This is located in the city of Auroville, near Pondicherry (which is the location of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram).

The disc's are coated with 24K gold and inside in the meditation room, it has the world's largest crystal sphere, with the sun light diverted on to it. Creates quite an atmosphere for mediation:
