Is Bloor St. Neighborhood UC yet?

That condo has been on the market forever. I think I remember reading it was more than 80% sold. And now the same developer is marketing Casa right across the street from the site. Does anyone know if BSN is officially under construction, and if not, why not?

There are many trucks now in the pit there and they've shut down the sales office and converted it into the Casa office, the 43 story condo they are planning to build in front of Bloor St. Neighbourhood. So I guess sales are complete and construction will start shortly.

Are we talking about 1 Bloor East?

No he's talking about the pit that has been sitting empty on Charles St. East beside the YMCA building for the past six years. That is the future site of the Bloor St. Neighbourhood (residences).
