New 40 floor skyscraper for Lima.

It seems they took inpiration from Hearst Tower in NYC,It looks good anyway.Any other info about it?

. That's its all l have for now. All I know, is that it is time for Lima to take off.. recently the International airport got renovated and quite a bit of development is finally taken place in the city.

I was born in Lima myself, so I am particularly partial to their designs.
