Toronto's already booming with construction today but with most of Toronto's more prominent projects on the way about to start construction soon, and some of the smaller ones coming along too, Toronto will be quite an amazing construction zone come next year with cranes just about everywhere.

Quantom I-finished summer/fall 2007, Quantom II-Soon to follow
RoCP II-U/C throughout '07 w/ an announcement on Phase III
WestOne/N/Gallery- Should be done late '06/early '07
Murano- Excavation has been slow so far but should start to rise in 07
SP!RE- Should be done by 07
Montage- U/C
The Met/Encore- U/C
Trump- Construction starting late 06?
Ritz- Start this fall
MLSquare- If all approval goes through, it should start later this year
The Uptown- Hopefully sales do pick up, look for it to start in 07 if sales are good enough
CASA- Sales been slow too but should start in 07
X-Condos- Should start in 07
Verve- Same
RBC Centre- Starting fall 06
Richmon Adelaide III- What's going on here, no one is totally sure??????

Bay-Adelaide centre- U/C in a few weeks
1 Bloor East-If it isn't dead yet, then sales should start next year???
Shangri-La- Should start late 2007
Four Seasons- Spring/Summer 2007??
Sapphire Tower- If everything gets approved, lets see if the rumours of investors in ST are true??
25 York (Menkes office proposal, Telus??)- Potential start in 07 if they anchor a tenant (Telus???)

Hummingbird Tower-Been too quiet for a while, lets see what happens...
Festival Tower- Announcement and sales should start duriing this year's film fest w/ construction starting in 06/07?

One City Hall II (50 storeys)- Sales start in 2007?

50 storey Absolute Tower in Missi (The Marilyn)- starting in 07?

Other than the big ones the list goes on with developments that could/should go on in 2007: *(?)Indicates depending on how fast sales will be
* I've excluded some currently U/C that should be done this year

-Luna (Cityplace), Pinnacle B, One Sherway, London, One Bedford(?), M5V Life (?), Pure Spirit, Vu (?), West Harbour City, Malibu, Crystal Blu (?), Victory (?), Mode, Bloor Street Neighbourhood, Liberty Towers (?), Neo, Boutique (I&II), 550 Wellington, Star of Downtown (?), Lotus, glas (?), Zip, Jade Lofts (?), Mosaic, Sixty Lofts, 22 Wellesley, EAST, ReZen, WestSide Lofts (?), 455 Adelaide, 96 St.Patrick, Alsop Tower (?), MaRS II (?), The Forest Hill (?), 100 Yorkville/Bellair, Regency Yorkvile, Li Ka-Shing Knowledge Institute, aloft, etc.

Also, according to billy corgan on UT, the parking lot south of the nightmare on Elm Street and north of the bus station strectching from Edward to Bay street will be used for a future office tower by Sick Kids Hospital and look for construction to start by the end of this year.

And this is just the city centre, don't forget the ongoing other projects in Missi (Absolute, One Park Tower, Eden/Eve, Amacon, etc.), Scarborough, Etobicoke, and North York!!!

Also, include ongoing construction with Regent Park, the Waterfront, Metropolis, ROM, AGO, etc. and look forward to more condo and office announcements coming up this year and next!!

Honest opinion, we don't really give a ****. Dubai has nothing on Toronto in almost every aspect one could judge a city on.
