The fin on Bay Adelaide protrudes from the right side upwards. That totally took some major guts to pull off. Truly unique. Three clone towers will look amazing.

It will have a similar effect as having TD Tower, Bay Wellington and BCE3 stacked one after the other.

three buildings like this won't create a TD center look, because those standout because they are black. This will be all glass but should a nice, tall new building.

Stolen from WhistlerfromMuskoka

North Tower is taller than 1 King West and South Tower is only two metres short.

Now I ask the question. element103, where are the renderings?

I thought it was just 75 stories including the podium..if it is as you say then the building would be around 311m.

A twenty story podium?! That's a bit much, wouldn't you say? If the architect is able to do this seemlessly, and take into account the building's surrounding environment, great. If not, I'm afraid we'll end up with an oppresive looking beast like HBC at Yonge and Bloor!

As posted @ UT.

From the planner:

A revised proposal has been submitted for a 75-storey (227m) tower on Yonge Street. Plans are available but must be viewed in our office by appointment only.

WOW!!! Thanks to 3Dementia!! The thing I am happy about is they have not made a taller version of ROCP... this could be quite cool and the height is AMAZING!! Will be a
welcome addition to Yonge Street!

Being the 3rd tallest tower in Toronto (4th if Trump starts construction first) it will stand out in the area so much it will be a signature tower for that area! The view of the skyline from the west will be amazing!

Plus, it ups the ante for the so called "Signature" condo that will be the jewel of City Place. If they are serious about it being the tallest in the city, then their job just got more complex! Here's to competition!
