I hope you are right. A bunch of 40+ storey buildings around there would look stunning from the 401.

Montage is now u/c after being on the market for a couple of months.
It is the latest city place tower, 4 others are u/c aswell.

47 floors

Cityplace started in 1998, progress so for:

9 Towers Completed
5 Under Construction
6 More to come

That soccer stadium keeps moving around every where, from varsity to York to the Ex now..... I wonder if it will ever be built. Seems like every time they announce it then something screws up with the deal and prople pull out of it.

None of them are U/C. Please refer to this list:

Trump has surpassed $100 Million in sales.

only 100 million...its not that much when talking about such a large building...

but im just guessing...im estimating with floor number...and around 500,000 per room that building needs at least 2 or 3 times more sales

That information would not be known by anyone except for people personally involved in the project. Although there is an active forumer in the Toronto section who IS a member of the Trump team, he is not at liberty to disclose this information. At times, however, there will be announcements of key milestones being reached.

Here is the latest announcement (Trump Toronto / 325 m)

I worked on a few job sites last summer that were run by Ellis Don, they basically run Toronto.
