The massive, five-star deluxe hotel project under construction is nearing completion of its civil works. Owned by the Dodla International group, which owns a string of luxury hotels and resorts, the new project will be the newest addition to the 6-7 five-stars already in operation, which includes the Leela-Kempinski at Kovalam Beach and two Taj properties.

Can some of you showcase the latest dodla hotel... The last pictures were mind boggling. When is it likely to be ready

It is in the finishing stages, painting is yet to begin..

BTW see a photo taken some two weeks back, but the DODLA is only in the background.

Yes, it is at Technopark campus, but with NH 47 Trivandrum Bypass frontage. When we go from the city to Technopark through bypass it is after the Technopark Main Gate.

New Hotel projects are:

Capital Retreat, a Five star category Hotel at Chackai, along NH Bypass.





And this is the location



A four star Hotel by SP Fort group (15 floors) is getting complete at Panavila Jn, and it would be just after the landing of Bakery Jn flyover.

This shot is some months old. Now it is topped up.



The Southern Hospitalities group which runs Park Fields restaurant is constructing two Four star hotels, one at Vazhuthacaud, adjoining their restaurant and the other at Thampanoor.

At Thampanoor: Seems it would be an Apartment Hotel.

Can you tell where is it located at Thanpanoor.Over Bridge road Or Bakery jn Road?

No it is not located along any main road. There is a small road just after the KSRTC Bus station (Tamilnadu bus/TNSTC/SETC area)) which goes to Housing Board Jn. It is after Thampanoor Mosque.
