The resort is set in 10 acres, with local flavour of Kerala combined with Balinese influences in the architecture and decor. It is just The 12 km from the Trivandrum International Airport and 14 km from the Trivandrum Central Railway station, connected by the NH47 Trivandrum bypass.

The resort is a mix of hill, backwater and sea resort all together.

In this shot you can see sea at the farther end, after the strip of beach it is backwaters and I am standing at the hill/cliff.

Buggies are needed in this sprawling resort, esp since it is a climb up to the cottages. The parking yard is down, near the sea coast and then guests are taken in the buggies to the reception.

The drive in the buggy is nice experience.You wouldn't feel that you are within the corporation limits of an 1 million city.
