whats with you guys saying about ferriswheel, its no ferriswheel it was like a transparent elevator that moved in the circle, the same can be done with the square! :P

24th October 2005:

Quick report:
1. Central tower crane is reinstalled on the same position.
2. It was brought down initially for minor technical safety enhancement after the recent August Typhoon Matsa attack on the city for 41 hours continuously. Its wind speed recorded a peak of 104mph.
2. Two heavy duty cranes (max lifting: 64tons) and 1 light duty crane are in operation.
3. Main diagonal trusses are yet in placed.

The 'trapezoidal' hole is growing on me, don't see any square hole though.
