PORR Effect To Penang Property

Guys,

What do you think? Will this give a good upgrade vlaue to property up north like Tanjung Bungah & Feringgi? Long time ago, these places are too far from the town or even the bridge, with PORR it will be faster now.

I can forsee an economic boom in the property sector especially commercial ones after the construction of this road. Penang has to diversify it's economy very badly as it cannot be completely dependent on electronics and PORR will facitate the developement of other vital sectors such as finance and office.
