Sad to say, but there doesn't seem to be new projects coming up in Mega Kuningan after this one.....actually,that applies to the jakarta cbd in general. Most buildings currently U/C are nearing completion...

my guess would is the last quarter of 2007 or next year since the Interest rates are dropping....its ok tho to finish up the projects first and then make new ones

well, it's not so bad actually. But we'll have to wait another 2 years i think before we see the same level of construction as 1-2 years ago, the 'boom' years. Notice that newer projects tend to be located outside the CBD area e.g. Kemang Village, Paragon City, Kemayoran projects, etc.

But several promising Golden Triangle projects are coming up including Rasuna Epicentrum, Ciputra World, and hopefully within 1 year, Pacific Place phase 2. Meanwhile, as Grand Indonesia nears completion, we still have Plaza Indonesia Phase 2 to keep ourselves busy...

and another observation...Mega Kuningan has passed its growth spurt. In the next 3-4 years most of the activity will happen in Rasuna Epi and SCBD...

Construction Update

The interior is very luxurious... and XL will use this building too...kalo ga salah cuma buat jajaran direksi...
