Observation Towers are all around the world....many now higher than this but The Seattle Space Needle is instantly recognisable and icon of the World......So that has to give it at least 9 ! Don't knock it's architecture....it makes it an even more valuable asset of it's era......

I wish it would have been much taller, but design-wise, this just knocks it out of the ballpark. Sticks true to its name. Is Mt. Rainier visible from here? 9.5/10
