Its an originality thing, its like with the Gimnasia Hertzelia, whan they destroied it to build a road and a tower in there insdead, and they regret it untill now, and since then they learned some things.

I saw it on channel 2 yesterday but couldnt find articles on it, very nice project, that is the way to go for tel aviv..

the first rail station in Israel, from jaffo to jerusalem, they are planning to renovate all the historic hangers and buildings into an outdoor arts center with galleries, design shops, restaurants and culture events.

yes they are also trying to make yaffo into an international center for the arts.. the plan I heard is to have about 300-400 artists and designers and furniture makers working in yaffo..

oh my dream of becoming italy is coming closer
