Seems that everything is really starting to fill up
This project will be located in the empty plot of sand next to emirates towers.
Seem like there'll be one really tall one with this project too

It will also include the Landmark Tower to be situated on Sheikh Zayed Road by the Emirates Towers.

be careful when judging it, the UAE section considers this to be the best Dubai proposal so far.

I gave it a 9.5/10. Simply because no scraper is perfect

BTW, I added it to the list of supertalls at the end as proposed

In today's paper it said that there will be 40 towers and the project will need 7 - 10 years to be compleated.

^couldnt find your thread anywhere... what i did find was a thread in the skybar about british adverts, was a video of loads of british adverts with american commentary. Really made me laugh, not caus the adverts were particuarly good, more because the commentary had to explain every single one!

It's in the city compilations subforum. The actual thread has about 80 posts (most made by me )

SSP's best thing is the diagrams anyway.

"be careful when judging it, the UAE section considers this to be the best Dubai proposal so far"

Yes it is quite unique. But i personally don't think it's that good looking. Will be mediocre in Dubai.

It may be my predujice. I think it looks fragile. But i KNOW it isnt, with todays modern technology and materials. Maybe i'l change my mind when i see it completed... to conlclude, im unsure about this one.
