The Al-Burj looks awesome. But I don't like the motorcity render, it looks absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting

well Al Burj could be done by 2010, while the whole project could be completed in 2015 imo.

Nakheel has finished the masterplan, construction has to start within the next half a year...

I think those towers look great in the motorcity renders. I love glass so maybe that's why.

Dubaiflow, there's no way al burj can finish by 2010. Burj dubai is taking 4 years (from 2004 to 2008) and the floors in this are way smaller especially near the top. Al burj is massive in all ways. It by itsself should take 5 to 6 years to be built. Of course, the some infrastructure and maybe land reclamation will need to be built first.

Some of the towers do look good, just the layout itself isn't great. Though I don't know if they are building the layout too or if it was already there.

i will not give any response since you call me flow all the time...

well according to their latest articles they found ways to construct faster and taller so therefore 2010, why not. but 2012 is more likely i agree.

The water homes look nice. And the Sports City tower, is that the one or one of the ones that is supposed to have all the sports inside of the condos?

Those are great pictures! I hope the sewage from the elevated retreat homes doesn't just dump into the water.

In the second image of Dubaiflo, Dubai is starting to look like a skyscraper slum.. too high and crowded, I dont like that picture, the rest are nice

Finish those towers and remove the cranes and it should look OK. Also looks super-dense from that angle. I agree though, the marina will be too dense, especially when the supertalls start going up.

Also, new towers of the day:

This is in Jebel Ali so will put it under the random towers section. Nice buildings though:

^Pretty nice towers. I assume the top came off on the left tower? If not that would look kind of weird.

^ LOL. Yeah, it may be possible. If you see there are some aluminium tubes standing down on the right side. Propably they are preparing the model for proper showing.

They have even left the model standing on the floor, which I don't think it will stay there. These was on my office building so I'll check it out in the comming days. These two might already be u/c.
