Here, reposted the images on imageshack:

First one:

Second one:

Edit:

There's a thing you can press to view it in English. Jeez I'm thick

Just read it. Loads of bullshit but no height, floor count etc.
By the sound of it at least one of these looks likely to get built

Dubai hotels lead globally in occupancy rate

Dubai hotels lead globally in occupancy rate
Staff Report

Dubai: Dubai's hotels experienced the world's highest occupancy rate in the first nine months of 2005, according to Deloitte and Smith Travel Research.

The latest report put Dubai on top with an 85.9 per cent occupancy rate followed by New York with 82.7 per cent and Singapore at 80 per cent.

Dubai hotels and hotel apartments have also been ranked first in the world in terms of generating the highest revenue per available room (RevPAR) between January and September 2005, followed by New York and Paris, according to Global Lodging Review, a publication of the Deloitte and Smith Travel Research.

Dubai hotels' RevPAR reached $175.47 while New York comes second with $163.32 and Paris third with $169.53.

There has been a significant 42.3 per cent increase from the RevPAR generated by Dubai's hotels in 2004 (year-to-date).

Dubai's average daily room rate at $204.24 is second only to that of Paris at $230.77, while New York is third with an average rate of $197.47.

This makes Dubai's hotels the second most expensive in the world after Paris.

The strange thing is, today I didn't have to update the thread in any way

There are updates for towers under construction in the UAE section now though if anyone wants to have a look

Shit! Maybe try imageshack or something. That's what I use anyway and it works great. There are probably better hosting sites but still, this one's pretty good. You only have a 56k connection though don't you? That must suck trying to upload all those pics.

Anyway, what I said in post 485 is wrong!!
Just found some more proposals, but not as crazy as the last ones. Still nice though. Will post them later

the 3rd one looks like an old almas design.

having said that, the 5th one looks like marina diamond 6 with roof feature.
could actually be marina diamond 7, there are more to come.

Are you sure it's an old design of Almas? Hope not anyway since I really like that one. Looks tall too, near 300m but not quite. Looks a bit like the al fattan towers.

I think the last one looks more like a marina diamond although each one is a little taller than the last so maybe you're right. The 5th one has around 28 floors or so. I actually like the marina diamonds by the way. They're turning out better than expected

BTW, 23 marina is definitely U/C now:

Aswell, Infinity tower (the twisting one) just started construction too:

here's another render of that blue one. Both of these are around 65 to 70F tall which means that by dubai floor to ceiling heights, they could scrape 300m with their spires.

Backdrop for this looks like Ireland

Come guys, what Almas. Maybe a Almas rip-off Sharjah style.

In case you haven't noticed the 2 tall ones SCREAM Sharjah both in design and render location.

I don't know. Come on though, I don't think they're bad. The top of the blue one kind of sucks but the overall shape ot the building's good.

I got them from here by the way:
http://www.alajmi-cons.com

They don't say where these are located. The green sort of glassy one could be on SZR though couldn't it?

somehow it looks to flashy for SZR, would rather put it in business bay or the marina.
thinking of it, there are more and more towers on SZR looking like that. we will see.
