Well..its a solid concrete block....cant possibly be the building's width with no windows!

The holes in the core in comparison with the little tiny human figures look pretty big to be entrances for the lifts, and the holes also seem too far apart from one another and too few to be lift entrances. A building that height surely has to have more lifts right.....hmm...at least the core can be seen from the ground level though. Wonder if this will be completed on time.....everything in Singapore seems to be delayed nowadays....

oh I wasnt referring to those holes as the actual lift entrances, rather they might be the entrance passages to the row of lifts which will be housed within that concrete core. I would say that compared to 2003 and 2002, the construction pace this year seems much better with more major projects launched. Just this year, a 245m condo was announced as well as the release of the BFC project (possibly 245m). Heres the lineup of office scrapers coming... ![]() 10 July 2004 I see 2 changes: 2 metal columns are erected on the right of the pic. I think they will be the supporting skeleton for the actual building and might be a clue to its actual size. The core also seems to be growing with those metal rods sticking out at the back. ![]()
