major projects map has been updated, well I don't know how old is this but at least there's now waterfront on the map.

hmmh, looking at the map I think that one area likely to have many tall buildings will be in dubailand opposite to the city of arabia, called "The City".

yepp, finally dubai waterfront have been waiting for this so long.

and the new dubailand projects are also interesting, there is so much more to come.

could that al goze development be a kinda redevelopment like in safa area?

all those ugly low rises..... I hate them and all those buildings with common podiums = UGLY.

i dont think SOM won the competition for that plot of land. i think someone else did. that remains as a proposal perhaps.
