Manchester Rundown

Manchester tower roundup

Eastgate tower, 60 floors, 188m - imminent start (approved)



Quay point tower, 50 floors, 175m + - pre planning



Beetham tower, 50 foors, 171m, U/C



Hardman sq, 45 floors, 180m - 200m - planning

This render shows it as being 35, but the developers have said that they are gonna plonk another 10 floors ontop.



Crown building, 44 floors, 131m - imminent start (approved)



Central spine, 42, 33, 29 and 22 floors, planning



Crowngate tower, 40ish floors, planning



Other Quay point towers, 2 x 122m

chapel wharf towers 112m, 60m - proposed



Greengate towers 88m, 102m - proposed



Wilmot street tower, 95m, 30 floors - proposed


Harbour city towers 2 x 94m, 2 x 76m - proposed



Vicotria warehouse office tower 88m - proposed



Ramada residential tower 83m




That's everthing over 80m. There's numerous other midrises.

Some fantastic proposals although the Greengate towers look like multi-storey car parks... but the 4 tallest are very nice indeed.

That's an awesome skyline rendering. Once those towers are built, the skyline will look quite spectacular.

The victoria warehouse office tower was proposed to trafford council a while back, i don't know whats going on with the ramada we've had those renders for a while. I assume its just in planning.
