Those pictures are amazing. The glass reflects the sky so well in some of those pictures, you almost can't see where the building is!

Id say construction accident is more likely the cause. The glass is very strong I dont think a bird could crack it especially not that bad.

THey should have done the glass sequentiallly and saved the peices wehre the crane goes because now you can see the it!!.

It the roof = 975 feet plus extra mechanical floors added, then you might want to recalculate the height.
