The state flag was a half-mast for the funeral service of Officer Charles Cassidy at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul on 1723 Race Street, just a few blocks away. His death really gripped the City.

I was in Center City for most of last week and had a good look at this Building. (Unfortunately my camera was stolen the week before) It is really impressive from up close and from afar. Great, great building.

It looks like some floors are already inhabited, is this correct?
