wow. those shots are great guys. Thanks for opening this thread. Those are beauties to be sure. I would love to take a time machine and go back to Chicago 1908 or even further back.

It is absolutely amazing to compare the late 1970's / early 1980's photographs of River North and Streeterville with today.

It's like a beautiful painting.

^ Yikes! Did they just not care about keeping buildings clean back then? I was at the Art Institute today, and it's spot clean!
