I received a brochure in my letterbox for an office for lease in this building. It said that the office is on the first floor with retail on ground.
Also claimed completion by september |

I guess that completion is only for the office/ retail levels only but not entire building?? Or is it otherwise for all, knowing the luck around its only for the office/retail completion....Also in that last pic, is that a 3 storey house? or an apartment complex? I wonder if that would also get redeveloped one day into a multistorey maybe 5 level apartment block. I doubt it will stay like it is considering its next to a biggie and i doubt it would get another biggie on that current plot. ???
