Bandara Supadeo nya beda pas gw kunjungi 2 tahun lalu ya..??

masih inget dolo mancing di sungai kapuas ama anak2 sono, udah tunggu lama... eh malah dapet udang

aduh gw jadi ga bisa bedain nih bandara juanda(surabaya) ama Soepadio(pontianak) sama2 ga ada AirCon sih.....

pontianak is the town of women ghost...
hehehe...
the name heard so scary, in the fact it is a quite peace town...
there are many pretty girls and delicious food, if u r not so sure... please come and see... (that's my opinion, i'm not so sure too)

btw, is it the kesultanan pontianak royal seal?

I believe Pontianak have a city status right now

And yeah Pontianak amoy is pretty and in anywhere

I also agree that the food is one of the best in this Republic

The lower one is Jalan Diponegoro

why is it named after a scary thing? has it got something to do with the establishment of the city??

Seal of the city of Pontianak

Sultan Sharif Abdul Hamid II or Sultan Hamid II (born:1913, died:1978) was the Sultan of Pontianak (1945-1978), Governor of State of West Kalimantan (1947-1950), and Minister without Portfolio of the Federation of Indonesia (1949-1950).

He is the one who design "Garuda Pancasila", Indonesian Coat of Arms:

I'm not sure, but my teacher ever said that it is named Pontianak because so many pontianak/kuntilanak was there before the city was established.

One thing which is unique in Pontianak is this city just like Saigon where motorcycle is anywhere and very dominant along the road

I wonder why teenagers in there much more prefer motorcycle than a car??

I just know a bit of pontianak, this town was my hometown...
that's right that pontianak has a city status, but in the fact some of the criteria that i think pontianak cannot be called as a city...
i cannot explain it right now... that's so complicated...
