I wasnt going to reply, but since my fans expected a reply here it goes.
First of all moody, edik umbarak. ow boosah 3al 5adeen !! Second of all, qatar has a whole lot of messed up ppl. Qatar is known to have many of the hesh hesh kinda ppl who do everything bad imagined behind closed doors. Closed doors mean although they live a life of sin, they are ashmed of it and try to hide in order not to encourge others to do it. I dare you to find me one qatari female pic in a newspaper or magazine and if you could she'd either be a writer, educator or holds a govt position or a prominant member of the royal family. To pose like this in a magazine advertising her body is wrong. I wouldnt be shocked if it was a english girl at all id acctually admire her. However to have a bahraini girl, with a prominat last name do this and allow shoot of her modeling herself on a magazine is too much .. and dont try to stick up coz u know its a bet extreme. All over the gulf there are ppl who arent exactly the most ideal or proper ppl, i myself dont consider to be myself to be an angel or anything. But if i was to do something wrong i wouldnt at least have some shame in doing it and i would certinaly be very very discreet about it so that i dont offend or encourge ppl !! If im not mistaken a few weeks ago there were even worest shot of a bahraini girl with a pink car on a auto magazine. I |

Yeah, that girl is known to be, how can i put this in a nice way...A slut...
But this girl is alright..To be fair, she's mixed...She's half english...And i think good for her...It was a bit of a daring thing to do in a society like Bahrain's.. |

Bahrain Patriot, can my pm me the name of the girl, let me see if I really know her. Gee, that must have been one bad shot for the auto magazine? Was it the Arabian Motors mag?
Well to be honest with you, I think this is what makes Bahrain the most liberal country in the gulf (in terms of local people), you'd get to see this stuff. I mean let's face it, Bahraini girls like to be photographed, F1 for example. Things aren't what they seem they are.

I c, thanks for the msg. Well I heard about her, and I've just seen a small pic of the cover (not really that clear but I get the point).
For her, it'll just make her popular for many things and infamous for others. From a marketing point of view and this formula applies everywhere: Cars + Women = Men For me, doesn't apply cause I ain't obssesed with cars at all, but it sure applies to many others.

Haha, that is from Co-Eds!! My friend used to know her. She was in the class under him, and said that she wasn't that pretty before and kind of ugly, but then suddenly she just began to look hot a year later. Last edited by Obi-Wan-Rockstar; November 2nd, 2005 at 05:11 PM. |

Well i'll try to find out, but right now i only know what i hear...Its a really really big issue here right now...
It empowers women and puts them on par with men in many ways...For one thing it allows them to divorce their husbands very easily...Whereas right now only the husband has the power to divorce, if a women wanted to she'd have to present her case to a judge, and see if he decides she should get the divorce...And the religious judges we have are supposed to be sexist, extremist, and not very fair...Also i was told it contains an article on some sort of emancipation for teenagers...Some have said that it entitles women to 50% of their husbands wealth after divorce, like in certain states in the US...Its very detailed, controversial and modern...! |
