서울=연합뉴스

Wow!! You are the best citypia!

Apart from the futuristic part of design, it looks quite stable too. I love it

The proposed design looks pretty cool ok. The only thing that bothers me is that there is no other super skyscraper in the area. It'll be the ONLY one..

Damn. Why don't they build all these super towers in one area?

It seems all the tall towers are built spread across the whole area.

Now, that's a VAST improvement from the previous Eifel Tower crap!

However, this passage worries me:

Quote:
So does this reduction in vertical area come from cancellation of a theme park, or does would this mean a height reduction?

It would look better if the commie blocks in the Jamsil area are redeveloped into office towers like Gangnam.... still the tower is impressive

the whole commie blocks around the planned land are supposed to be under massive redevelopment, BUT this current left wing government simply won't approve it along with many other redevelopment projects along the river because they don't want the real estate market in gangnam/seocho/songpa areas in seoul to over-heat, which is BULLSHIT, we all know.
