blimey, that's getting really large now. i visited the site and took some photos exactly a year ago and it looked insane. now it looks a lot more ordinary (though massive) but i think it should be much better with the scaffolding down. if the renders are correct it'll be broken up into two halves on the front side, hopefully aided by a change in cladding materials too. also, the scaffold must add a couple of meters of girth all round so it will be marginally slimmer when revealed. well, i hope so anyway.

with ten more floors it should look a little more slender, from the side at least. but from the front.....that's a big wall.

By the way, the rising Kowloon skyline looks BEAUTIFUL in the evenings and US7 is still just a fetus!!! It's fair to say that even without US7, Kowloon's skyline is one of the best in the world, and for me has already passed Hong Kong Island as viewed from Braemar Hill/Tin Hau.

Just imagine....
