Looks like Hong Kong's version of the MetLife tower. Wait, you already have the Harbourside.

Why do you want a Hilton for?

I'm not sure how many stars the Park Hyatt ones have, but I think the Grand Hyatt and the Hyatt Regencies have higher rating.

There are only 24 Park Hyatt in the world, 31 Grand Hyatt (I have no idea the one in Hong Kong a Hyatt International's flagship property) and 147 cheapy one and all Park Hyatt are 5 stars so do most of the Grand Hyatt.
I think this one come as a surprise for Hyatt. since I can't find any press or anything from Hyatt website (for the tallest Park Hyatt hotel, I sure they will talk about it) I think Hyatt just got hire for the hotel managment partnership.
As today they only show:
Casares 2008
Istanbul 2007
Kinsale 2009
Jeddah 2008
Beijing 2007
Ningbo 2008
Shanghai 2008
