70th floor?! But it looks like it's topped out because the highest level is thinner than the rest.

it's a construction project on 'hanoi road'. I don't believe there's an official name for the building yet so this will do.

Most buildings in Hong Kong are constructed like this. Notable exceptions have been 2IFC and ICC, but even they use green nets to a certain extent. It is a scaffolding screen for the bamboo scaffolding.

Fenced metal scaffolding is relatively rare in Hong Kong construction.

Looks like they've finally reopened the new Peak Tower. Has anyone been to it since? Is it 'better'?

it seems to be 69 floors as the floors from 65 to the last floor are thinner than the floors from 60 to 65 ... or the last ones are lower heights
