ah not cool - not really looking forward to it... i think it may have a similar profile to the royal plaza hotel in mong kok.... =.= i even wonder if it's just ceramic tiles they're using for the facade.

and also, the renderings showed the central 'spine' of the building clad completely in glass as a contrast to the main facade. that would have broken it up nicely.

this is looking hideous... seriously, why're we having another victoria towers for kowloon's skyline. :-(

we need a proper planning department to stop these disastrous projects happening...

Yeah, I can't say it's really hideous, but it is for sure boring and a big monotonous wall. What an eyesore....I hope the top is more unique so that it makes up for the bland facade.

i just feel really sad about it to be honest - it's such a prominent location and we're having another typical resi-looking block in the middle of TST.

sorry if i'm being too pessimistic.

yeah, i agree. most "same floor plate" towers are pretty repetitive. its hard to make a tower look interesting if it has same floor plate for most of its height.unfortunatly this what occurs with highrise residential flats.
i like its height and slimness.
