Which ones have actually been built/are being built?

If Kowloon skyline looks like this, it'll be able to hold its own against some of the world's big cities

All of them have been built or U/C except the 265m New World Center Redevelopment.

Hell YEAH!!! Tsim Sha Tsui needs more 250+ scrapers. Hope this one will get built! Also hope that it won't look like Hanoi Road

One more question. AFAIK they're currently building some new railway/metro station here: (terrain right to Union Square)

Are there any plans for new (and tall) skyscrapers above the station?

I don't think the site can support a major skyscraper, as they're doing cut and cover for the KCR line that will connect East Rail and West Rail. There'll be one station in West Kowloon, which may also be the terminus for a high speed railway to Guangzhou being planned.

the station is the KCR west rail extension which, i believe, will link up with the MTR kowloon station beneath union square.

i'd be very surprised if something large wasn't built on top of it. land like that doesn't usually hang around very long in Hong Kong. I remember on the old west kowloon cultural center models there was a string of tall buildings linking union square to the rest of the city. i think it's desperately needed because 'the fortress of kowloon' looks ridiculous stuck out there all by itself.

Certainly not another 500m scraper like ICC, but why not couple of 200-300? Union Square is built above metro station and it didn't seemed like a problem

So, is 261 m the new official height of Hanoi Rd ?
If it's a proven fact, the title should be edited.

Agree. Kowloon's skyline alone is already better than some of the world's big cities...

So do I, but it's probably not totally uncovered yet.

Not so long ago, the Peninsula used to be the tallest in TST.
Things change - for the better.

Not If you think about The Shitty Arch and Hanoi.

But Peninsula Hotel is a classic!

man around Peninsula is soooo confusing, esp around the tunnel where that crazy cop shot a bunch of fellow cops... I don't like those un-air-con'd tunnels very much... look so sterile and ugly :-( Imagine tourists going down to the tunnel from the Avenue of Stars/One Peking/Peninsula... what a horrible contrast :-(

It will look better once ICC is completed.

Honestly I find this building an eyesore despite being the tallest in Tsim Sha Tsui.
