Crudely using the map scale on Ditu maps, the terminal is just over 1km long between the far ends of the arms of the terminal.

According to Zaha Hadid Architects (http://www.zaha-hadid.com/architectu...?doing_wp_cron), Beijing Daxing has a floor area of 700,000 sq m and is designed to handle 45M passengers per year

Numbers for Mexico City's new airport vary and the scope of the project seems to have changed over the years, but a press release by Acciona Infrastructure (http://www.acciona.com/news/acciona-...ional-airport/), part of the winning consortium that will build the terminal, indicates the terminal has a floor area of 743,000 sq m and a capacity of 68M passengers per year.

Keep in mind that these figures are for the initial configuration of the airport currently under construction. Both plan further expansions in the future, but there are no finalized plans or data yet.

To put things in perspective, T3 of Beijing Capital is 986,000 sq m, the terminal for the new Istanbul airport is 1,300,000 sq m, and T3 of DXB is still a whopping 1,713,000 sq m.
