@ big-dog

If there's one thing I noticed, it's the not-so-god workmanship exerted in building this supposedly beautiful terminal. I mean, look at the airport's road asphalt! It's not really smooth! Imperfections in the road's surface is clearly visible from those pics.

I hope Beijing-Capital International Airport's terminal 3 won't follow Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi International Airport's path. Bangkok's brank-spankingly new airport/terminal is a great architecturally but poor workmanship ruined most passengers' impression.

^ Hmm. It looks smooth to me, just wait till they clean it up, the Chinese aren't known for making bad asphalt roads so I'll be really surprised if this was the case but I doubt it, this is afterall an airport for the Olympics.

Stupid image is out-of-date. And I don't even know where the under-construction freeway leads to.

They should do something about that huge circular empty space besides the train station, the part above the parking structure. It looks kinda bland, turn it into a huge Chinese garden or seomthing, plant trees or something or bigger bushes.

Wow i just noticed that circular structure in front of T3 is larger than T1.

Wow, now compare this to Reagan National Airport or Dulles in Washington, D.C. Does not compare.

They are going to put the new Studio 54 in that area.

There are renderings showing gardens in that area.
