well the corner stone ceremony took place in march 2011 and by then the site was fenced
and ground work started so they should be well into construction by now. I think theres already 2 gold leed certified buildings. |

BIG power centers chain has begun to install solar rooftops on 10 out of 14 of it malls through "BIG Solar"

Probably because we have an abundance of sand (not anymore, but traditionally we did...) so there's an additional price advantage for concrete, which is already much cheaper than steel.

Students stil waiting for the govt promises of 10,000 new dorms:
