I scored Manila as 6/10 because I know Manila not only in pictures and I know how it fare with its neighboring cities such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and KL which obviously have better skylines.
I hope low rises will be prohibited to rise Manila in the future. I don't mind Manila for not having supertalls but I'm fine with densely high rises in the entire city. |
