8.5/10

Loved Bombay in mid 80's when I visited there, love Mumbai even more now as it has made tremendous progress in many aspects esp. the quality of its skyline. The bldgs reflect more vibrant Indian essence, instead their old drab style & colors.

All silly Indo-Pak politics aside, India/Bharat/Hindustan IS and always will be the Mother country of Pakistan & Bangladesh.

Lets begin to be happy for eachother.

Very lively and bustling city with a rich culture embed in it, but unfortunately it is not very modern in terms of the structures. Maybe the biggest city in India, but heck even I find Bangalore or Chennai to be more modern than it. Clearly nowhere in the league of even Asian cosmopolitan cities like Singapore or Shanghai

Indian rating: 9.5/10
Asian Rating: 7/10
World Rating: 7/10

P.S. Interestingly, I find it very similar to that of one of the Brazilian cities (I think Sao Paolo)

Wow! Whotta impressive city. Looks very very big and stretched out and it is very dense too. Nice mix between cityblocks, historical buildings and talls.
I gave Bombay 8 points

A lot of those pics are rather old. The skyline is rapidly taking shape of late. Here are some very recent photographs:
