i think this photos are taken from a ceremony of the samarians, many of them live in holon , the orthodox jews dont refer them as jews (but i do as well as anybody who claim to be a jew ,it doesnt matter if the orthodox accept them or not).

It only matters if you do.

Actually, it only matters what halacha says.

The Torah accepts anyone who is Jewish as Jewish. It does not matter if they believe in Torah or believe in something else. These other groups you mention, if the individuals are Jewish, they are completely Jewish. If not, they are completely not Jewish. The groups you indicated, as a belief system, believe something other than Torah. That is not an issue if the individuals are accepted as Jewish or not. As far as the groups themselves, they should not be accepted as a valid flow of the Jewish people in fulfilling our obligations as Jews. These other flows are not Torah and conflict with even Torah. But the individuals, they are governed only by halacha to determine if the are really Jewish or not.

I am unclear of your point. They may belong to the lost tribes, they may not belong. (How do you know?) Even if they do, their mistake in disregarding the Oral Torah that intrinsically goes along with the Written Torah raises questions in halacha if they are Jewish still.

If they are still Jewish, then if we cannot demonstrate they are Jewish, halacha says they do not have the standing of a Jewish person. In the end of days, it will become known if individuals of their group are Jewish or not. But as human beings, we are forced to follow halacha.

It doesnt matter if they follow halacha or not they they decent dicrectly from moshe and aron and the do follow the tora ,they are more jewish than any one becouse the tora as you understand it is the mix of jewish culture with the babilonian culture so in a way they are more otodox than the ortodox jewish and you must know that when the people return from babilon they hated those who escape the slavery
