Please don't start this argument again! Q1 is taller to Architectural tip, Eureka is taller to roof! I so wish the GC would steal the design for the Transit Centre sight, looks great!

yeah I must admit, either the Eureka or Q1 were undeniable the most successful structure in Aus, both are extremely sensational and judging purely from an aesthetic perspective, 10/10 for both towers~

awesome pic, but why is the western parapet is wider than the other? is it cause it makes them look the same size from Mugly's angle.. cause the perspective or something?

If they want to play "my ***** is bigger than yours", they should extend one of the red stripes by attaching a very thin spire from that.

^For a second I could swear that was a CG render. Simple unbelievable. That's just a beautiful piece of real estate (nevermind the fantastic new tallest (Q1 can shove it)) you Aussies got there.

I've been thinking the same thing re: how it sometimes looks like a render, it's got a very surreal look about it, especially when there's a bit of cloud about like in Mugley's shot.

To me, this is absolutely nasty, childish-looking architecture that is very untimeless and will look outdated in the future with its awkward shape, and red and gold touches... yuck...
