Not only that....I feel it is a bit more architecturally sound. Even though it is sinking 6% faster than expected into the sand....yikes!

Then at this rate, we can expect Eureka to rise up (pardon the bad pun) and claim the undisputed title for Australia's tallest.

This one must be the best photographed completion of a skyscraper ever. I have seen so many great pics in this thread... . And this tower looks huge and beautiful, I still like Q1 better, but Eureka fits much better on Melbourne's skyline than Q1, and it looks taller. @Melbourners: I envy you so much!

A few months ago, a skybridge was mentioned, but I haven't read anything about it since then. Does anyone know if they're still planning on putting a skybridge on top of Eureka? And if so, would it count as part of the architectural height of the building (so, by architectural height would it go from 297 m to 350 m or so then)?

If they are really not planning, then can you quote a source? Because that was a scanned newspaper article. If they're not planning anymore, was it mentioned somewhere?

Not too keen on the renders. I'm not sure about the top of the tower but when I look at the construction pics, I start to like it.

I've never heard about it. but in my opinion the Skybridge on the Photo is very ugly. I hope they'll not be build.
