DALLAS: Victory (45 St., 33 St., 28 St., 24 St., 7 St.)

www.victorypark.com

Victory Park is a mixed use project north of downtown Dallas. (This rendering is from the North. Victory Park is at the bottom of the photo, Dallas' current downtown is at the top.) It includes the W hotel, retail and a lot of high rise apartments.

Nice projects going up in Dallas. I thought nothing was happening there. But your overview gives me another view on that.

Wow a whole urban block is being built with the 2 victory towers looks really cool too. Great to see Dallas investing in theyre downtown cause a few miles out it becomes boring suburan homes with brick and siding every third house as a copy. This makes me want to go to see Dallas after all this is completed.
BTW:any updates on the trinity river projects with the bridges and all

Looks very, very nice. The freeway kinda cuts it off from the rest of Downtown Dallas. Maybe they could remove it. Still the project looks amazing.

Dallas can't remove the freeway, much of which is built below grade, but if you look closely at the image, they are building a park over it. It's called Woodall Rogers Park, and it will be a great place to view the Dallas skyline when it's built.

Nice project, but the name 'Victory Park' sounds horribly Orwellsian
