Well, Swiss Re is considered by some to be a 'strange design', yet it is thought to be, by some of the biggest architects in the world, the best skyscraper of the modern day.

I see it every day from the bus crossing Blackfriars Bridge and it doesn't look particularly good from that angle... all you see is the back of the top tier. I would have preferred it stepping down toward the Thames to toward the east.
