I like it even more now that they've injected a bit of colour into the design. You can never go wrong with a splash of colour here and there.

The height is doesn't matter. As long the project is important to the city development, y not put up here for the locals abroad to be updated?

It was done by "cassius" ages ago. Quite nice, I agree.

Thank you Ed007Toronto -- seems to be the only one getting updates.

In the skyline rendering above, Spire is the glass box to the left.

Currently on the 13th floor, only 32 more to go.
Also, I don't believe that one side will have red panels anymore, it will only have yellow panels.

firsstly i really like this building, its so simple, yet works perfectly, there are a lot of over engineered proposals on this site, and i find the simplicity of this exactly what a lot of cities really need

thats what i always called my cities in simcity, as it was a lovely bit of irony i find it very hard to believe that its an actual place!!!

as i say im sorry for insulting the inhabitants of townsville, but jesus you live in a stupidly named town/village

hey guys, what's going on with Trump Tower? How come the Chicago one, which was proposed after T.O., is already rising and not yours? Are there regulation hurdles and such?

Trump is fully approved Once they sell enough units construction will start. I have a strong feeling it will be this year.

Well I live a block away from it. I've got a great view of it from my roof. Updates once it starts rising on the skyline. Its at 15 floors right now so 1/3rd of the way up.

There was a few initial delays but it now has final approval, I believe they are still on track to start construction by the end of the year as long as sales hold steady.
