One other thing. They are using yellow cladding around the entire building (3 sides so far) for the spot colour. I haven't seen any red as in the rendering above.

i like the glass,and i dont mind the stripes at all except the yellow ones,but we"ll see

Great to see Sp!re again, as no pics for a long time, it has shot up nicely and is of simmilar height to what Londons Pan Peninsula tower u/c at Canary Wharf will eventully become

I'm liking the look, but the bottom of the balconies could use some touching up. The multi-toned (tones of grey) exposed concrete doesn't look that good.

There isn't much to the design really. The name is a bit unusal seeing as it doesn't have the shape of a spire or even have one at that.
Despite that, the glass will look great and it will expand the concentration of skyscrapers in the area.
