BBC NEWS24 features London Skyscrapers....
I just watched (11.35am) a news report about skyscrapers in London and accross the world..did anyone else see it...no cause you are all at work and I am sitting home suspended from Work!!!!
It was a fairly factual and informative report and may be repeated several times today. Nick Hyam talked about the need for office space and rising rental costs, history of our tallest since the Post Office Tower, right up to the current biggies planned and approved, with graphics of: Gherkin 1 Canada Square 122 Leadenhall Heron Shard Bishopsgate Vauxhall and the one on south bank that I cant think of the name right now. He then went on to some counter arguements aginst them, i.e: some dubious photos with stick on cutouts of spoilt views...that really was quite funny! He talked about the real biggies across the world too...but who cares! PLEASE look out for this fairly positive news report!

Were there any new renders that we haven't seen here, or any timescales for new ones given?

I will be posting updated pics of White city, once I can get my camera up and running again. I was a very bad boy! I have a personal relationship with the user of the service I work for and that is against local authority protocol. Only problem is....I was having the relationship for 2 years before I was working there, in fact we were both referred to the service as users. I was then taken on as an employee. They all new we were in a relationship as we all went out and socialised together. She is still a user of the service and..get this..the poicy above has to be implemnented!!!! It's a technicallity, I have been at home on full pay for 10 weeks now (council tax payers money!) While they agree to alter the wording of the policy and let me back!!! Oh well....think ill have another grape.
