I read somewhere that One Museum Park is 95% sold and that Museum Park West is 65%. If true the GP3 and GP 4 stand an excellent chance of being built.

All of these projects are on the south end of the skyline and are closer to Sears than JHC.

That image looks to me like it was taken from the elevated part of the Dan Ryan Expressway.

It is about 1.5 km southeast of Sears Tower and about 3 km south of the Hancock.
