So the tracks are to be covered as well? I'm guessing the developers are thinking the taxpayers will step up to create the perfect front yard for their endeavor.

I'd like to at least see some sort of fiberglass covering over the tracks, so Chicago can keep a little of its rough edges, reminding the condo-dwellers of the tracks that built the city....

i like this building, dont get me wrong.....but it looks to me like it would have made a perfect supertall if they kept building. at this hight it looks kinda stumpy to me.
