I never gave this building much thought...what with the Trump, Spire etc....

but after seeing this pic (and others)

I think this building will grow to be much-loved by Chicagoans. It's smooth, angular, prominent, ...perfect for its role as the southeastern column of Grant Park.

Here's another prediction....I think this one will be compared to Trump the same way we now compare the Sears and Hancock.

The green building has actually been under construction for quite some time now; foundation work has been painstakingly slow. Hopefully, it will begin its ascent sometime in the foreseeable future.

There hasn't been any recent news about the other two towers. They're both still proposals. It's also important to note that the design for the tower on the far right hasn't been released. That's just a placeholder rendering.
