In other news, Sky55 and the Lofts II are now considered completed by Emporis. Four other towers should also be completed in a matter of weeks/months.

Interesting photo on the developer's site. It's a little old

Curiously, they did not highlight "the Lofts" for some reason.

Chicago School is the Best!

Compare this to what's been going up in NY recently. Not even close.

you need to stop bashing New York. Both cities are great. There is no room for this type of childish behavior on this site.

I just don't get it, why are they choosing to under go those ugly little condos south of the development, you can always build them in the burbs! They are just plain boring and waste of the spectacular location that it is!
Otherwise rest of it looks good so far!

Attractive, but it makes even Toronto's more basic condos seem like great works of architecture.

it looks like a little city within a city. like Lakeshore East and City Place in Toronto. Great development. These kinds of infill projects are needed in most American downtowns, so it is great to see this begin with one of the great cities of the world.

Do you have any idea what's going on in New York? Sure doesn't sound like it...

Anyway, cool projects... keep up the updates.
