Would i be right in saying the tower will top out somewhere around the top of the highest crane in the above picture?

Using the diagonals I'd put it as at the top of the crane on the right hand side.

Evidently not.

As I said in the UK forum - it's incredible how the (relatively harmless) Heron Tower went through a public inquiry, yet this managed to get through without anyone complaining.
